On May 10th UIRR will organize an EDICT digital event during the Transport Logistic Fair in Munich.

As the coordinator of the CEF Project “EDICT”, UIRR and its project partners will provide an outlook on the targets and first outcomes of the project to improve the data exchange and interoperability within Combined Transport.

>> Presentations on several existing or emerging solutions for the sector will be provided by the members of the EDICT Consortium.

>> The event includes a get-together with all participants.

Who is UIRR?
Founded in 1970, the International Union for Road-Rail Combined Transport (UIRR) represents the interests of European road-rail Combined Transport Operators and Transhipment Terminal Managers. 

Road-Rail Combined Transport (CT) is a system of freight forwarding which is based on efficiently and economically inserting electric rail into long-distance (road) transport chains through the use of intermodal loading units (ILU).
